Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and JuniorQuests Inc.. By using Junior Quests you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use Junior Quests

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Accounts are for parents, guardians and other adults planning activities for children.

What we do — and don't do

• We help you discover activities listed by cities, organisers and open-data sources.
• We are not the provider of any activity. Registration, booking, payment, refunds, safety and supervision are the responsibility of the provider.
• We do our best to keep listings accurate, but times, prices and availability can change. Always confirm with the provider before you go.
• We never take payment or hold a spot on your behalf.

Submitting events

If you add an event, you confirm it's accurate, suitable for children or families, and that you have the right to share it, including any image. We review every submission and may edit, decline or remove it. Events must not be for adults only, misleading, or promote anything unsafe.

Reviews and content you post

Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not include children's full names, photos, or anyone's personal contact details. You keep ownership of what you post and give us a licence to display it on Junior Quests. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping at scale, attempting to access other families' data, interfering with the site, or impersonating others.

Liability

Junior Quests is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, JuniorQuests Inc. is not liable for losses arising from activities you attend, from providers' actions, or from reliance on listing details. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Ending your account

You can stop using Junior Quests at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law and contact
